Spinal Cord and Spinal Nerves Function.


Our vertebral column is completely innervated. It contains of 31 pairs of spinal nerves and their branches. The spinal cord is located within the vertebral canal of the vertebral column. The surrounding vertebrae provide a sturdy shelter for the enclosed spinal cord. The spinal cord and spinal nerves contain neural circuits that control some of your most rapid reactions to environmental changes. If you pick up something hot, the grasping muscles may relax and may drop the hot object before you are consciously aware of the extreme heat or pain. This is an example of a spinal cord reflex — a quick, automatic response to certain kinds of stimuli that involves neurons only in the spinal nerves and spinal cord. 


Another example, a person has an intervertebral disc
displacement. Imagine if suddenly one of them slipped

inside the spine, where we have the spinal cord. What

willhappen? A slipped disc can cut, pinch, or compress

thespinal cord and spinal nerves. Therefore, once the

disc slipstoward the spinal cord and spinal nerves, it can

cause radiating pain, numbness, tingling, and diminished

strengthand/or range of motion anywhere in the body.

Why? Because we need to start using our brain and stop

doing what we did to make us sick in the first place: lift

or carryheavy weights, jump to/from and land on one leg,

maintainpoor posture associated with flexing, bending,

etc. 


The intervertebral disc is water, mixed with collagen. The
disc itself is sufficiently high, soft, with a shock absorbing

function. Tall people have higher discs; shorter people have smaller discs. Spinal disc contains a nucleus pulposus - a jelly-like substance in the middle of the disc. Discs also have an outer fibrous ring, which surrounds the nucleus pulposus. When we need to bend or turn, we do not have to think about it, we do it automatically. It will work automatically only if the discs have sufficient height, sufficient liquid and that liquid is clear.


The liquid should be clean, no fungi and/or parasites. Bacteria do not live there themselves. Dehydration of the body, loss of 2% - 10 % of the liquid of the disc fully disrupts flexibility, mobility and articulation of the spine. Fluid that laves (floating around) the entire spine – i.e. seven cervical, twelve thoracic, five lumbar and sacrum, all that liquid is clear, thick, clean, there should not be any fungi or salt. It should be the ideal lubricant.


The spinal cord is located within the vertebral canal of the vertebral column and extends from the brain to the  sacrum. It does not touch the walls of the vertebra, it hangs in between. At the level of each vertebrae is a hole through which the nerves exit. It's like a cable system - if you open the switchboard, there are a million wires and each one goes to its place. One wire goes to the fifth toe; the second wire goes into the bladder, the third, in the mammary gland. If the finger feels something, it means that the nerve approaches it. Everything is very soft and lubricated so nothing should stick or jam. That fluid lives not only inside of the vertebral column, but it also flows through the limbs. When a person bends, the nucleus pulposus slips toward the vertebral canal in to direction of the spinal cord. After the person straightens up, if there is enough liquid, the nucleus pulposus will slip back to the center of the other side. If there is not enough liquid, it will get stuck and pinch, also called lumbago or a backache. If you have to move rapidly again, it will stretch the fibrous ring and lead to spinal disc herniation. This is called the lumbar, or cervical, or thoracic disc herniation.


If the fibrous ring suddenly cracks or tears, paralysis can occur. The nucleus pulposus, along with the disk, will drain and block the spinal canal. Some parts of the body will be de-energized and liquid will no longer circulate through the cerebrospinal canal, but the liquid there also flows, washes, circulates, absorbs and changes. If it was a side band, then depending on which nerve passes through the area, that particular organ will fail. If the pinched the nerve that goes to the liver, the liver fails. If it goes to the kidneys, the kidneys fail, etc. 


All nerves, before they reach every area of the skin and internal organs, will come out of the vertebral column. If they are already compressed, it’s like turning off the central control panel; it will turn off the light everywhere or in some places. You can try to wipe away the dust, change the bulbs, paint the ceiling and walls, or you can finally decide to buy the new lamp. The vertebral column acts as the central control unit. Any spine problems can destabilize the spine it self, liver, kidney, male and female reproductive organs, it disables sensitivity, blood vessels, beating of the heart, etc. If the nerve is fully clamped, activity in the particular area or organ will stop. If partially clamped, activity will partially stop. If the compressed nerve exits the spine in the thoracic area (chest area) due to scoliosis (spine is curved from side to side) or kyphosis (can develop in almost any joint, but most often affects the intervertebral discs, ex: a curve or hunch back in the thoracic spine), the entire breast will hurt and the whole side will be sore. 


Plexitis cervicalis (inflammation of the branching network of the neck nerves), scoliosis, kyphosis, radiculitis (pain due to inflammation or other irritation of the nerve root), orthostatic hypotension (a form of hypotension in which a person's blood pressure suddenly falls when standing up or stretching), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (change position causes an abnormally large increase in heart rate), arthritis (a form of joint disorder that involves inflammation of one or more joints), and all other diseases associated with blood vessels of the lower limbs are an indication of a spinal problem (if there is no other inflammatory processes associated with muscles and ligaments). 


We know almost nothing about scoliosis. Scoliosis is not only abnormal curves of the vertebral column, it is a condition of the pelvic bones, as a foundation, and it must be leveled.


How dangerous is scoliosis?

Well for one, a pregnant woman with scoliosis willgive birth to a child with

cerebral perfusion because the baby passes the birthcanal spinning. Scoliosis

also wears out the discs. If they are damaged, it is very difficult to fix because

cartilage is not very strong, and with lack of sulfur and clean water, it will be

destroyed.


What is kyphosis?

It is a subluxation, stretching, degeneration of vertebrae, sprain and dehydration

of the intervertibral discs. As a result, it may initiate processes leading to loss of

cartilage in the knees. If a person puts more weight on one leg than on the other with a curved spine, then that one leg has to carry the full weight of the person and joint cartilage is gradually lost. When the bone surface becomes less protected by cartilage, the bone may be exposed and damaged. As a result this causes pain, decreased movement, muscular atrophy, and lax of the ligaments. This can turn into osteoarthritis, arthritis, arthrosis, and if chlamydia or some other infection is present, it can become polyarthritis. Monoarthritis is the inflammation of one joint at a time whereas polyarthritis involves 5 or more joints simultaneously.


All of the above diseases can have hundreds of symptoms. One of the main reasons is deformation of the pelvis, which results in abnormal curves of the vertebral column which is aggravated by fungus, lack of water, lack of exercise or weak muscles.


Any back pain, even the most insignificant, indicates weakness of the muscles and stretched ligaments. Natural human instinct tells us to run to the doctor, who will give us temporary relief with a painkiller pills or local anesthetic. What most of us don’t realize is that the pain is trying to tell us that there is a bigger problem. Anesthesia and painkillers are not an answer or treatment. Pain is not our enemy, it is our best friend. It is the only thing that can guide us to understand whether we are doing something wrong.


There is no doctor can cure the cause of major problems, because first of all: it is impossible to help a person who sits wrong, moves wrong, sleeps wrong, eats wrong, who does everything wrong. They are already set in their habits. Second, doctors are trained to only treat symptoms they can physically see. They simply have no training in promoting a healthy lifestyle at all. 


How it can be cured? The spine can be corrected, but if after; you will wear wrong shoes again, sit wrong in the car again, lift heavy weight again and live unhealthy lifestyle again, you will have to run around in the circle. We never think about health saving technologies. You can eat right, take the world's best vitamins and nutritional supplements, but it does not help in improving and maintaining health if you do not do correct exercises, do not change " bad habits " such as: sit wrong, walk wrong, sleep wrong, move wrong, lay wrong, eat and drink wrong, sit in the car wrong, lift heavy weight - everything has to be in the complex, powerful complex, which is lead to the healthy spine, joints, body fluids, etc to all together, everything  need to be changed.
